Fufu Production Line Layout in Cassava Processing Plant
The fufu production line in a cassava processing factory typically follows a sequential workflow to ensure efficiency and hygiene. The whole fufu processing plant can be divided into three key zones:
Cassava Tubers Handling Area of Fufu Production Plant
Cassava roots are and sorted, washed, and peeled mechanically to remove impurities. In this area, a dry sieve removes the impurities of raw cassava tubers by the high-speed rotating. Then conveyor belts transport cleaned tubers to a paddle washer and peeler, which will clean cassava thoroughly, catering to the food safety.

Processing Zone of Fufu Processing Plant
Cassava rasping machines break down peeled cassava into pulp, followed by fermentation tanks (for ferment fufu) . Then the fermented fufu enters a plate-frame filter press for dewatering process. This process plays a role to turn cassava tubers into fufu mash.

Drying & Packaging Section of Fufu Processing Line
The flash dryer dries the dehydrated fufu flour, whose moisture will be reduced to 12%-14%, meeting the standard requirements of qualified fufu. The dried fufu further is transported to a sifter sieve for sorting the coarse powder out of the fine one. The latter will be packed by a packing machine for sale.

The layout of fufu production line in a modern cassava processing plant prioritizes unidirectional flow to minimize cross-contamination, with safe equipment meeting food safety standards. Henan Jinrui can design completely automated fufu flour production line to meet modern factory production. If you have interest, tell us your capacity, and we will return you a suitable plan!
