Efficiency in Raw Cassava Cleaning:
The first crucial stage in tapioca starch production is raw cassava cleaning. Henan Jinrui's tapioca starch machinery streamlines this process using advanced technology. With the inclusion of a raw cassava feeding hopper, belt conveyor, dry sieve, and paddle washing machine, the equipment ensures a continuous and stable supply of clean cassava. The dry sieve effectively removes surface impurities, while the paddle washer machine thoroughly cleans and washes the cassava roots, preparing them for the subsequent stages.
Optimized Starch Extraction:
Henan Jinrui focus on optimizing starch extraction has resulted in improved efficiency and yield of tapioca starch. The cutting machine precisely prepares the cassava roots, allowing the rasper to achieve maximum crushing efficiency and release a higher quantity of starch. The subsequent centrifuge sieve separates the cassava fibers, while the de-sander removes tiny sand impurities. Finally, the hydrocyclone station effectively eliminates protein and cell liquids, ensuring the purity of the obtained starch milk. These innovations enable a higher starch yield and superior quality in the final tapioca starch product.

State-of-the-Art Starch Drying:
Henan Jinrui's tapioca starch machinery incorporates state-of-the-art drying technology for optimal starch preservation. High quality tapioca starch milk from hydrocyclone station will be firstly pumped into peeler centrifuge sieve machine which efficiently removes excess moisture from the starch milk, resulting in wet starch powder with moisture content around 35-38%. The wet starch powder is then subjected to the flash dryer machine, which ensures complete and uniform drying. Maintaining a moisture content of around 14%, this advanced drying process guarantees the stability and extended shelf life of the final tapioca starch product.
Automated Control System:
To further enhance efficiency, Henan Jinrui has integrated an automated control system into our tapioca starch machinery. This system reduces manual labor requirements, improves process accuracy, and ensures consistent quality throughout production.
