Wheat gluten, also called seitan , wheat meat, gluten meat, or simply gluten, is a food made from gluten, the main protein of wheat.Wheat gluten is often used instead of meat in Asian, vegetarian, Buddhist, and macrobiotic cuisines.
The gluten making machine is wokring process
1. mix wheat flour with water to make dough
2. put water into machine washing the dough to remove the starch granules.
3. discharge of the washed water and add new clean water
4. repeat 2&3 for 3~ 4 times . Use water washing to remove all the starch granules ,leaving the sticky insoluble gluten as an elastic mass
5 get the final product wet gluten for making gluten food .
The gluten making machine is made of stainless steel material to reach the requirement of making food grade gluten.
