What is fructose and glucose?
Glucose is a simple sugar (monosaccharide) found naturally in many foods. Long chains of glucose molecules linked together form starch.
Fructose is also a simple sugar found in many foods and is an isomer of glucose (they have the same chemical formula C6H12O6, but their physical structures are different). Fructose is sometimes referred to as fruit sugar. Honey, tree fruits (such as oranges, apples etc), berries, melons, and some root vegetables, such as beets, sweet potatoes, parsnips, and onions, contain fructose, usually in combination with glucose and sucrose or table sugar. Sucrose is made up of glucose and fructose linked together in a 1:1 ratio.
For the glucose syrup processing line, and Furctose processing line, our new technology is using rice.corn as raw material directly.
1, we need use the corn flour or rice flour mixing together with special ensyme
2, with special temperature and pressure, and steam, pump the liquid to different tanks for liquifaction
3,Press filter to seperate the protein
4,Add some glucose ensyme transfer the liquid dextrin to low density glucose syrup
5,Add special quantity of active carbon to absorb the impurity and inorganic salt
6,Filter process to remove the carbon
7,Using resin take out organic impurity and inorganic salt inside the glucose
8,Evaporating process, with speical temperature, pressure and steam to get the different density of glucose.
To make Fructose. it is a few more steps than glucose.
After evaporating, we need put some isomerate enzyme to transfer glucose to fructose 42%, and then use active carbon to absorb the inorganic salt and pigment.and then remove the active carbon, do some cleaning about the impurity, finally evapoate the liquid to required density, that will be OK.
