Introduction of screw press machine:

Screw press machine is specially used for the dewatering of fruits and vegetables, the comprehensive treatment of fruit and vegetable, kitchen and household waste, the dewatering of waste residue materials in various industries and the solid-liquid separation and fine filtration of solid and liquid materials in various industries.

Dewatering of screw press machine is divided into four aspects:

The first is pretreatment: The mixing of raw material with flocculants.

Secondly, the stage of gravity dewatering of the material: the flocculated material is added to the screw press machine through the pump to separate the free water between the flocculation from the flocculation under the action of gravity, gradually reducing the water content of the sludge flocculation. The gravity dehydration section removes most of the moisture from the sludge.

Thirdly, precompression dewatering stages: The material after gravity dehydration in screw press machine, although poor liquidity, is still difficult to meet the requirements of liquidity squeeze dewatering section of the sludge. Therefore a pre-pressure dewatering section is added between the squeezing dewatering section of the sludge and the gravity dehydration section. After a slight squeeze dewatering of sludge by this segment, its fluidity is almost completely lost, which ensures that the sludge will not be extruded in the dehydration section under normal circumstances, and thus the dewatering stage can be carried out smoothly.

Finally, the stage of crushing and dewatering: After the sludge enters the first crushing and dewatering roller of screw press machine, under the action of filter belt tension, the upper and lower filter belts hold filter cakes around the press roller for repeated extrusion and shearing, which removes a large amount of fine water, and the fruit and vegetable dehydrator gradually reduces the water content of filter cake.

The above four points are the dehydration process of screw press machine, the principle looks very complicated, but the operation is very simple.

Working principle of screw press machine:

The material to be processed is evenly transported to the screw press machine inlet through the pump and other tools, and then filtered by the screw blade extrusion and the screen mesh, and the water is collected by the water catch plate under the industrial screw press through the pipe. The separated solids are discharged from the back end. Different materials with different mesh (aperture 0.1 1 mm) after different screw rotation speed and proper adjustment screw to achieve a better yield and degree of dry wet slag (or by choosing a proper mesh size and adjust the screw speed to reach the effect of dehydration and very good cooperate with production), the higher the fiber, the production, the greater the dryness dewatering of slag is higher; The smaller the hole diameter of the mesh, the smaller the particle diameter of the treated material.
